Working with Step templates
Filter Step templates
To filter the downloaded Step templates, click the Filter button in the Templates tab. You can sort the templates by the following categories: Gateway, HTTP, and Logical, or choose to display the Step templates that are Custom only, Unused, or Have updates.
Display unused Step templates
To display the Step templates you have downloaded to the Flow but are not using, open the Templates tab in Edit mode and click Show unused. The Unused step templates pop-up will appear. You can remove unused Step templates from your Flow by selecting the unnecessary ones and clicking Remove.
Add a Step template to favorites
If you are using some Step templates more often than others, it might be useful to mark them as favorites to get quicker access to them.
To mark a Step template as a favorite, navigate to the Library. By default, you will land on the Library tab. Find the necessary Step and click the Star icon in the upper right corner of the Step template tile. You can also add a Step template to favorites from the Library iFrame. To do so, open the Library iFrame, search for the needed Step template, and click the Star icon in the upper right corner of the Step tile.
Step templates marked as favorites will land in the Favorites tab in the Library iFrame.
